As the Neuroradiology Section Chief at the University of Utah, I have had extremely positive interactions with Ms. Darelli-Anderson. Ms. Darelli-Anderson has been very professional in all interactions with me and my faculty members. She has excellent communication skills, both in person and through emails. She is efficient and self-motivated. On a workflow level, she has been able to accomplish all the tasks requested of her in a timely fashion and when she has completed the expected tasks, she seeks out additional work. She has excellent attention to detail and is able to work well with a variety of different personalities. She has impressed many of my faculty members with her work ethic and management abilities and several have sent me unsolicited comments about her excellent work.

In her current position within the Department of Radiology, Anna very efficiently and effectively provides excellent administrative support to not only the Neuroradiology section, but all others as well. She creates and manages complex schedules for medical students and all visitors to the department in addition to those of the faculty and fellows. She assists the department with business planning, goal setting, and developing budgets, and is more than willing to provide additional aid to anyone in need, regardless of the situation or difficulty of the task. Moreover, she quickly became an expert on applications such as CIS, the Travel and ePR systems, Qgenda, MBM, and MedEd. She is constantly collaborating with a number of entities, to include the VSAS management, GME office, clinics throughout University of Utah’s community, foreign visitors’ departments, and the like. Furthermore, she was an integral part of ensuring the success of this year’s Utah Head and Neck Imaging Conference.

Ms. Darellli-Anderson is an exceptional model of an Associate Director of Education. Her accomplishments in both the clinical and educational arena have had an impact not only at the University of Utah but also nationally, as evidenced by her service to consortiums across the states. She is obviously an extremely accomplished student, worker, and leader given the enthusiasm of her professors, coworkers, and supervisors. She has a solid scholarship record, and has served both at the University of Utah and externally in an administrative fashion.

I have worked closely with Anna since she arrived at the University of Utah. I cannot say enough good things about her work ethic and qualifications. She is cheerful, detail-oriented, thorough, and obviously supremely qualified. She continually looks for new challenges and methods to assist the department.

Staff Sergeant Anna M. Darelli-Anderson distinguished herself by meritorious service as Senior Program Analyst, 94th Intelligence Squadron, 707th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group, 70th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wing, Fort George G. Meade, Maryland. During this period, Staff Sergeant Darelli-Anderson led the unit’s Signals Intelligence Compliance program, overseeing data accesses for eight mission sets and 375 members, establishing oversight parameters for a first-of-its-kind special access program, and slashing operator downtime from four days to one. Additionally, she oversaw four analysis and reporting programs for 400 operators across 12 teams, maintaining a ninety-nine percent accuracy rating on the review of 19,000 tactical reports, accounting for over half of the wing’s reporting totals, and surpassing the wing’s accuracy standard by nine percent. Furthermore, her expertise was key to identifying eleven “Best Practices,” resulting in her selection as a Superior Performer during the 2017 Air Combat Command Inspector General directed Unit Effectiveness Inspection. Finally, she served as a Victim Advocate and Resilience Training Assistant, mentoring two Airmen through a sexual assault crisis while facilitating sixteen training sessions and forty base-level events. The distinctive accomplishments of Sergeant Darelli-Anderson reflect credit upon herself and the United States Air Force.

Anna Darelli-Anderson is much more than an Intelligence Professional. She is a well trained leader as a recent graduate of the Airman Leadership School, and gives of her free time to a program that cares for victims of assault and abuse. A well rounded professional primed to thrive in any work environment.

Highly recommend Anna! I’ve had practical experience working on a team with her. What I found is that she’s an extremely motivated person with the ability to manage her own tasks efficiently while at the same time directing and coordinating the efforts of other team members.

Anna has dedicated her efforts to scholastic, artistic, dance, cheer, and most of all a willingness to serve wherever needed. She has a sterling character and a great disposition. Her initiative, creativity and determination would be a valued asset wherever she goes.
